MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This video shows about the level of competence with which our (mis)representatives do their job in Congress. It would be as funny if it wasn't so enraging. Too bad what happens in Congress is not a case of staged humor. Enjoy!

And very very Merry Christmas to you, too, Federales! Your collective gifts will arrive in November 2010...

(Sadly, our reactions as voters are about the same as those of the people in this video. We are all way too polite.)

Nullification for You and Me - WATCH THIS!

Here is John Stacy of Dallas, Texas, with his Texas (or any state's) solution to our federal problem.

He makes only one mistake: he says "Throwing them all out is a very good idea ... but then, ten years later, we will still have the same problem because they are all corruptible" - or something along those lines.

He is right, of course - but that won't happen if we keep throwing them out of office. Keep on doing it until they get tired of running for office, or until they run out of "corruptables" who think they can gain wealth and power by running for office..

That's when true freedom-candidates will start being able to win elections - and that's what we want.

Inciting Lawfulness

Lawfulness has become a subversive topic. It is almost illegal, now.

Many state laws and some federal laws make incting lawlessness illegal. Inciting lawlessness is usually defined in terms of brawling, disrupting orderly meetings, and shouting "fighting words". We are all more or less familiar with that concept.

But, what do you do when elected leaders engage in lawlessness by stepping completely outside their permissible bounds of conduct (i.e., passing legislation)? What do you do when their lawlessness (in passing legislation the Constitution forbids) severely threatens the very fabric of American society, the legal fabric it is founded on - and your individual Liberty, to boot?

You hold them to account - and you nullify their illegal actions by the power of your own personal convictions and following through on your "threat".

Are you worried about "Cap and Trade" leading to mileage restrictions on the use of your car?

Drive your car, wherever and whenever you like - anyway.

Worried about the "Copenhagen Accord" leading to a global one-child policy?

Make children, anyway.

Worried about the tax penalty to be imposed by Obama's and the Dem's health care bill if you refuse to join their nefarious plan?

Refuse, anyway.

Speaking of which: are you really willing to fund this governmental insanity? Are you willing to donate your own, heard-earned money to this government, just so it can use its presumed power power to clip your paycheck at will toexpand its anti-Freedom policies?

Might wanna rethink that point. if you are.

The power to stop this insanity has always been- and always will be - yours. "They" can never change that. At best, they may try to increase the inconvenience factor and tighten the thumb screws on you if you refuse - but so what?

Our kids willingly give their lives for this country and the freedom it represents (represented?) when they join the military. Shouldn't you be willing to give up some of your convenience for that Freedom's sake? Shouldn't you be willing to sacrifice your physical liberty, if it comes down to it, just so you can preserve the Freedom of your mind?

Am I inciting 'lawlessness' by making these suggestions?

Not by far. I am doing the opposite. I am inciting you to force your elected representatives to start acting within the sphere of their lawful power again, and stop running off the plantation all the time.

When lawmakers become lawbreakers, those who refuse to follow their unlawful commandments are the truly law abiding citizens - the real patriots.

If you don't claim your freedom - who will? "They" make claiming your freedom more and more expensive all the time. So what?

Claim it - anyway.

WHAT WE ALL CAN (AND MUST) DO

The following email was sent by the organizer of the local Houston 9-12er Meetup. My response is reprinted below:

On Sat, Nov 7, 2009 at 3:38 PM, Thelma wrote:
I would like to solicit your thoughts regarding what we should do if the House Passes this Health Care Reform Bill. I deeply feel that even though we know it has to go to the Senate and the bills would still need to be combined and approved, we must act if they pass this bill now! I do not know what we should do, and that is why I am hoping everyone will send me ideas of how we can let them know our anger.

If you all would think about it and send me suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

I know many will say head to Washington. My question is how would we get those who cannot afford to go get there? If you have ideas of how we could get as many people as possible to Washington, I would gladly listen.

I think if they pass this today, we must find a way to alert these IDIOTS that the American People DO NOT approve.

Any ideas are welcome. The answer may not be heading to Washington......the answer may lay in finding ways to withhold our monies from them. The answer may be in refusing to show up for work for a week.....whatever the answer is, it MUST be a full consensus and a pledge that we all will do it together less we fail. We must include as many Americans as possible in whatever we choose to do. Please remember that our Founders Pledged ALL when they took a stand against the British in fighting for their freedom. They risked their wealth, they risked their lives and their families for freedom, what are we willing to do? It is time to either stand with the Founders or stand with the RADICAL Traitors who run our Country! We can no longer try to walk the fine line. We must make our stand now. If they prove to us in passing this bill, that they refuse to listen to us, then NOW is the time we MUST make our stand. As I said, I do not have the answer, but we must find one NOW!

Please aid me with your ideas and advice. I do not think we can wait for this to head to the Senate!

Thank you,
Thelma
==============================
Dear Thelma:

I suggest spreading the word of individual responsibility. It's the individual aspect of the state's rights principles of interposition and nullification. (How can we expect our state governors to use these if we ourselves are unwilling to use them?)

Every Patriot is individually responsible, i.e., has a civic duty, to disregard any law that is patently unconstitutional - regardless of the consequences. It's called "civil disobedience" and was made most famous by people like Mahatma Ghandi.

Anyone who complies with an unconstitutional law just because it has been "passed" by a runaway Congress cannot really call him or herself a "Patriot". Their actions undermine their own professed beliefs.

Just like the Oath Keepers are taking it upon themselves to refuse to follow unconstitutional orders from their superiors, regardless of the consequences to them, so must the rest of us.

I, for one, have no intention of getting federally "mandated" health insurance, regardless of whatever "tax penalties" especially if Congress claims to impose criminal penalties!!).

When Obama's "communications czar" comes up with unconstitutional restrictions on free speech, whether on the Internet or elsewhere, I'll be damned if I stop saying and writing what I think. If they want to arrest me as a result, so what? I am in the right, they are in the wrong. They may have the "power" to haul my rear end into jail, but they never have the right.

If I comply for fear of consequences, I have given up voluntarily what they can never take away from me, whether by legislation or otherwise: my inborn freedom, right, and power to think and speak and act they way I see fit, as long as I am not infringing on others' constitutionally guaranteed rights. That is the source of all real power. Everything else is illusion based on fear, and giving in to fear is a sin.

What are constitutionally guaranteed rights? The right to Life, Liberty, Property, and the Pursuit of happiness and all the host of ancillary rights that go along with these.

By the way, here is in interesting little tidbit of information. It may not get you anywhere in court if accused of "disobeying" a federal mandate, but it is interesting to know, nonetheless:

The linguistic root (etymology) of the word "obey" proves that all it means is to "give a hearing, a listening to". It does not mean to actually "follow" an illegal mandate. So, technically, all you have a duty to do in order to "obey" a so-called law is to give those who pass it and try to enforce it on you a listening. If you then decide not to follow it, that is your business - and your absolute right, even your duty as a patriot. If you have to bear the inevitable consequences, so be it. Who said freedom was free?

If enough of us do this and inspire others to do the same, what can Congress really do? What can the federal government really do? They can take away or restrict my ability to move about physically. That's all. They can NEVER take my ability to make my own decisions away from me. As American POWs who were tortured by the North Vietnamese communists have proven, you always retain that right and that power, even under the most dire of circumstances.

When we do this, we may also be forced to come face to face with the simple fact that we can't do this very well without help from God. That's another thing "they" can never take from us: our faith in God (or our decision not to believe in him, if we so decide). For, even the power to decide that comes from that same higher power from where our rights and Freedom come.

Just my personal two cents worth.

Alex Wallenwein

PS: Naturally, we must also do everything in our power to get Congress replaced at every election, but this goes deeper than just voting one way or another.

Unconstitutional Laws Are Void - and MUST NOT Be Obeyed!

Do you complain of many of the unconstitutional acts of Congress - or of any President via executive orders - and then obey them, anyway?

If you do, you are as guilty for the loss of your freedom as those who have pretended to take it from you.

Those who take your Freedom away do not have the law on their side. They only pretend to do so. Your rights do not come from your government. They come from God or from any other source higher than your government that you may believe in. Call it your human nature, call it what you will, but neither this nor any other government existed when humanity was created.

If you are religious or quasi-religious and believe that governments are ordained by God, then know this: God does not ordain governments to take away from you what he gave you freely at your birth. The US government does "God's work" only if it stays within the boundaries the Constitution has laid down for it. If it strays outside of these boundaries, it has no right to existence - beyond that which you give it by your passive acquiescence.

Throughout human existence, tyrants have ruled only so long as people have tolerated their rule. If you tolerate tyrants, you are a tyrant - and a coward, to boot. If you value your life and your convenience and temporary comfort higher than your freedom, you gamble away not only your freedom, but that of every other man, woman, and child in your country - and the casino where you gambled it away has been rigged from time immemorial. You don't even have a chance, an illusion, of "winning".

Ask yourself if it's worth it.

Obey natural law. Make your officials obey natural law - and defy unnatural law. It's your only ticket to Freedom.

Now listen to how Judge Napolitano puts it:

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO "OBEY"?

Interestingly, it doesn't mean what we have come to think of the word. Here is what the Online Etymology Dictionary has to say about it:

Obey. c.1290, from O.Fr. obeir, from L. oboedire "obey, pay attention to, give ear," lit. "listen to," from ob "to" + audire "listen, hear" (see audience). Same sense development is in cognate O.E. hiersumnian.

Ha! Who would have thought? All that is required of you in order to literally "obey" a bad law is to give it a listening. Once you have listened, and find it to be wrongheaded, you are literally free to disregard it!

Naturally, your disregard will then seriously tick off whoever is asking you to comply, and you will have to suffer the consequences of your and your neighbors' past neglect in supervising your government. As a result, your officials have the power to take your stuff away from you, and to take you away and to lock you up if it pleases them. They have the power - but they do not have the right!

Remember that. EVERYTHING is up to you, my friend. Do not believe for a moment that you are "powerless"! That is what "they" want you to believe.

Mel Watt GUTS Ron Paul's Audit the Fed Bill!

Ron Paul's historic "Audit the Fed" bill (HR 1207) has been completely gutted by gutless NC Congressman Mel Watt, according to this Bloomberg article.

He did this because one of his biggest campaign donors is Bank of America, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Watt's home town. BOA, along with Morgan Chase and others, is reportedly one of the owners of the US FED.

Another one who needs to bite the dust in 2010!

THE DEATH OF REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT

If you still don;t know why Congress (and any other elected lawmaking body) needs to be regularly fired and replaced, watch this short video, which shows DC-style "Democracy" in all of its splendor:

To see what's going on in the Texas state capitol, watch this one where you can see Texas Representatives walking down the aisles, pushing the "yea" button for members who aren't even present, willy-nilly, without any compunctions or shame whatsoever:

This must stop or YOU will lose all of your freedom. You can help make it stop by going here and sending them your pink slip.

The Hardin, MT Debacle: A Clearer Picture Emerges

A huge buzz is racing across the Internet regarding an outfit called "American Police Force" and its apparent attempts to control a two-year old, $27 million, still-empty jail facility of a small rural Montana town, Hardin, after the state itself refused to send inmates its way (as the city's development corporation apparently expected).

Alex Jones has documented that APF is connected with Blackwater (now mysteriously called "Xe" after its 2007 massacre of innocent civilians in Iraq), but somehow the history of APF and its "CEO" Michael Hilton sounds more like one of the three stooges trying to act like a big shot - and blundering and fumbling all the way. You can read all the latest facts here.

Yet, the Blackwater connection is there, and there is a movement afoot among federal government psychopaths to create a private civilian police force to carry on what are euphemistically called "stability operations" in foreign countries after the US military goes in and destroys their military, civilian authorities and infrastructure. The website that documents this, out in the open and for all the public to see, is called the "United States Institute of Peace and Oppression". Okay, so I'm kidding about the "oppression" part, at least as far as their name goes - but just go judge for yourself.

The whole thing is apparently a new "public private partnership" - like the one that brought Blackwater into the Iraq war. Nothing better than some government contacts for connected private individuals - like Erik Prince, the founder of Blackwater who apparently landed the Iraq job by hub-nubbing with fellow fascist luminaries GBW and Dick Cheney.

"Stability Operations" are big business now. On this page of the "US Institute for Peace" you can see its founder, a man named J. Robinson West, Chairman and Founder of "PFC Energy" and the "Chairman of the Board, USIP". Hmm.

Energy(oil) and international "peacekeeping"? Nooo! Those aren't related at all. It's just coincidence that US companies who get their own government to attack strategically placed oil rich countries (and those through which the laying of a pipelines is deemed feasible, like Afghanistan) so they can get their fingers dirty in the oil-rich sands so obviously benefit from "peacekeeping" in this countries, once the local police and military and infrastructure were obliterated.

This USIP outfit is actually funded by the US Congress. Who would have thought? Quote:

The United States Institute of Peace is an independent, nonpartisan, national institution established and funded by Congress. Its goals are to help:
  • Prevent and resolve violent international conflicts
  • Promote post-conflict stability and development
  • Increase conflict management capacity, tools, and intellectual capital worldwide

The Institute does this by empowering others with knowledge, skills, and resources, as well as by directly engaging in peacebuilding efforts around the globe.

Hmm. First war, then enforced peace. What a glorious concept - and all funded, courtesy of the US taxpayer who doesn't have a say in how much debt he will be saddled with anymore. My, what a free country we live in.

So, Congress funds USIP, which calls for training of US Police in Peace and Stability Operations. Here is another quote from the USIP website:

Summary

  • The first obligation of an international intervention force in a peace or stability operation is to provide security for the civilian population. Inevitably the arrival of foreign military forces is followed by a breakdown of public order.
  • Historically U.S. military forces have been unable or unwilling to perform police functions to control large-scale civil unrest. This was true in Iraq, where looters destroyed government buildings, cultural centers, and commercial areas.
  • The United States lacks civilian constabulary (gendarmes) or other national police forces specially trained for crowd and riot control. Instead the U.S. relies on civil police provided by commercial contractors that do not perform this function.
  • Fortunately the U.S. government is taking steps to address this deficiency. Current State Department plans call for creation of a Civilian Reserve Corps that would have a police component.

Oh, so that "civilian reserve corps" idea wasn't Obama's after all? Doesn't look that way. Take a look at the date of the page: 2007. The Bush years, my friend. It's just that your owners now deem it safe for a president to openly talk about it for the first time. After all, a man with friends who openly admit they are communists (or were, at least, not so long ago) and who hub-nubbed with terrorists from the Weather Underground got (most of) you to vote for him even though he is not eligible to hold the office of the president - and (most of) you don't care. That's what you get.

Here is Obama himself on the topic:

Allright. Backing up. Blackwater gets a huge contract and now reportedly has in excess of 200,000 mercenaries on its payroll. Tthe US has a total of 750,000 active military personnel, so Prince commands the equivalent of about a quarter of the US military(!) It commits massacres and other faux-pas like illegal weapons smuggling, etc., gets a bad name, and so changes its name to something that supposedly means "nothing" ut strangely resembles the chemical periodic table element of Xenon - which means "strange" or "alien".

Blackwater then finances a small-time crook (Michael Hilton) to set up a website called "American Police Force" and hooks him up with a small town in Montana that happens to be in dire straits after someone talked it into borrowing $27 million to build a prison facility that remains empty and is driving the town into bankruptcy if something isn't done fast. Hilton shows up "just in time", the city elders go along and have their development corporation sign a ten-year contract with his mysterious "APF" outfit, and then the APF guys they bungle around in black Mercedes SUVs and scare the crap out of the town's population by parading "Hardin Police Force" stickers on their vehicles, ominously bearing logos that superimpose APF's Serbian-derived coat of arms (Hilton hales from Serbia) on Hardin's quaint city logo, which looks like this:

to make it look like this:

Sorry, Hardinians. No more quaint lone rider in the sunset. He's blotted out by a symbol of a foreign aristocracy and surrounded by the words "City of Hardin Police Department". Wow! How stupid is this guy? He thought Americans would just take this lying down? Better watch out, Blackwater a/k/a "Xenon". Better watch out, United States "Institute of Peace" -and better watch out, U.S. Congress! The Internet has changed the equation of power.

Anyway, so that was a trial balloon. Too bad it popped - but don't expect these guys to go away. The oil companies need their oil sources protected abroad, and they need their homeys in Congress free from any threats of firing them, so their "Stability Operations" are coming home to the US. Americans need to be policed, one way or the other, and that can't be done by the regular police. Too many of them actually remember their oath of office, and they remember their allegiance is not to the government of the United States but to the Constitution for the United States government. We now need a civilian security force that is "just as strong, just as well So, wquipped as our military."

Really, Mr. O? Who is this mysterious "we" you are speaking of? It sure isn't us, the actual Americans in this country. I can tell you that much.

If another civil war is in America's future, it will apparently be fought by US civilians and traditional law enforcement and military on one side - and the "Backwaters", "Xenons" and "APFs" of the world on the other. What is "Xe" now shifting its focus to according tho this article?

Training facilities, my dear. Darth Vader wants to spawn more underlings. He wants one of these facilities in or near every town and city in the US.

Here you can hear "Captain Michael" a/k/a Michael Hardin say it flat out (near the end of the two minute video) that he was primarily interested in building a training facility.

If you don't want that in your life, get Congress to de-fund the US Institute for Peace and the private mercenary armies it spawns.

And, how do you do that?

You FIRE CONGRESS, Sir!

You can also elect a governor like the (future) one in Texas, Debra Medina, in your state.

Thank you for listening.

Texas Insider: Gene Green (and Others) Have A Golden Opportunity to Put Voters at Ease ...

Texas Insider.org has a great piece out asking whether Gene Green will step up to the plate and do what's right, or "cower to his party bosses" in voting to get a piece of legislation to the floor that, if approved, would give Congressmen and their voters 72 hours to review a bill's final version online before it is allowed to come up for a vote.

The same thing, of course, goes for all the other 435Congressmen and 100 Senators out there in DC Land - and for all voters who care not to live in a virtual dictatorship where far-reaching but unconstitutional legislation is routinely rammed through under arcane rules by a dictator-ish Speaker of the House in the dead of night.

In the end, WE are responsible - and we can only carry that responsibility out responsibly by throwing the bums out on their heads as routinely as they try to bury us in an avalanche of neo-Marxist or neo-Fascist legislation without even giving us a chance to read and respond to their proposals.

THE FEDS CAN'T WIN A NEW CIVIL WAR

Secession and a new civil war are either not necessary or impossible to win if it does become necessary. Impossible to win for the federal government, that is.

Take a good look at this map showing states that have either introduced 10th Amendment sovereignty resolutions or passed a resolution in one or both houses: http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2009/02/23/state-sovereignty-resolutions/

It's all about battle lines. In the civil war, there was a very clear battle line. If you look at this map, where is the federal government's power base? It doesn't exist. In this fight, there are no geographical battle lines. Once the guns come out, where will the feds get their manpower? From the states that have had enough? From Washington DC?

There are currently "only" 36 balloons on that map (that's more than two-thirds!) That does not mean that the other states will fight for the central government when it comes down to the wire. The real balance of power is likely even worse for the feds.

Even more importantly, this time there are no moral battle lines. There is no great moral cause to bind the centralist forces against the pro-liberty forces. It's not like these pro-sovereignty states can be classified as "pro-old South", "pro-slavery", or even as "racists", or otherwise slandered to create an evil enemy that people supporting the feds are willing to sign up and fight against. If there are any battle lines at all, they are (all of the) states vs. the federal government. You know who will win that fight.

Pro-sovereignty people in the states need to figure out that they cannot lose - and that the federal government cannot win any such altercation. They also need to figure out that their state governments had absolutely better listen to them and push the federal government back into its constitutional bounds (by simply saying "no" to it) - or lose their jobs in 2010.

This Dallas Morning News article here, for example, (read the comments) is not about Perry vs. Hutchinson. It's not about Debra Medina against both of them. It's not even about Texas secession. (If we cannot elect a decent governor while we are a state, what makes us think we can do better once Texas is a country again?) It's about freedom from federal tyranny, and the people's voice is getting louder and louder. The feds know that. Obamacare is already stalling. Future Obama proposals will be harder and harder to push through Congress as the 2010 elections near.

Bush was so bad that he drove voters into Obama's arms. Obama is so bad that he is driving voters home into the Founders' and the Constitution's arms. State legislators and governors beware! Let's hear one big "Hail!" for unabashed tyrants like Bush and Obama. They make people remember where their priorities are.

Security Guard takes an Oath to Uphold and Defend the Constitution Will You?

Not my post, got this is an email, but thought it might be good here.

http://www.oath-keepers.blogspot.com/
I urge you to go to the website above and read it's contents. This issue touches everyone of us, our Children and Grandchildren, and the future of our Nation (the United States.) Look at the video's on the right of the page, from people across the Nation taking the oath to defend the Constitution. There's one from a uniformed Security Guard in particular that I really liked. I'm wondering now if that same Security Guard still has a job, with this current administration in it's seemingly unAmerican stance.
If he doesn't still have his job, and is on this Security Guard mailing list, please let me know, one of us will help you find employment.

Everyone in the community service field, be it Military, Law Enforcement AND we, as Security Guards can (and probably WILL) be told to re-enforce and assist UNLAWFUL orders against our own people. You are probably saying 'that will never happen', well, it can and will happen and people like you and I, that are wearing badges will be pulled into it, and we'll be asked/told to do things our gut instinct tells us isn't right, that isn't lawful-under our Constitution.

When I was in the Texas State Guard, (2 separate stints), we were trained to do "traffic control" at the exits of our City and stop all vehicles from leaving the City (in the event of 'Martial Law'). During this training, we were told that if the people didn't have appropriate ID's they couldn't leave, and would be turned around. If these people refused or resisted our orders, they'd be detained and placd on busses (borrowed from the school system) that would be parked alongside where we were and they'd be taken away to an unknown location . We were also told that we may have duty at the Post Offices, or schools, etc... If we were posted at the Post Office, we would be there to assure "peace" while the Citizens were in line to "register" where their Children were in school. And the Parents would have to show ID, tell where their Children were schooled and would then be added into a computer (a database). Also, we could be sent to a School to assist in "peace", where the Parents wouldn't be allowed to pick up their Children until they've 'registered' and were cleared to do so.

Do you think this sounds way too strange to believe? Google it, do a search on 'Martial law' and or ask any Texas State Guardsmen that was enlisted (and trained) within the past 10 years. When I realized that the training we were going thru made me feel as though I was a traitor to our people, our Country and our Constitution, I had to find a way out before 'it hit the fan' and I was forced (ordered) to do what I didn't want to do.
I got out, received the honorable discharge and have never regretted my decision, now I can look myself in the mirror and not worry about what I would be ordered to do, against my own neighbors.

I remember one day during training, I asked "what if the people wanting to leave (the City) has elderly or sick Parents that live out in the Country and they need to get to them (that was my situation exactly). The Officer stated, that "if they didn't have the appropriate ID, they'd be turned back, and if they refused or gave us problems, no matter the reason they'd be detained, if needed we'd assist law enforcement in putting flexi-cuffs on them and they'd be placed on the buses nearby."

And from that minute onward, I had a sick feeling in my stomach and the worse feeling of dread I'd ever felt. It was then I knew I had to do something for myself and my Family, to get out and make sure I would be able to get to my Parents when the time came. I shortly thereafter started teaching my Son to drive, and we used alternate routes out of the City and on the County roads to my Parents house, as training routes. He learned to drive using these routes, and was told if he ever needed to, to use them and he knew what to do in case of a roadblock up ahead, etc... He was trained well, by someone that had a 'heads up' as to what will take place, (when it happens.)
My Son was just starting High School back then, I taught him all about our Constitution, the Bill of Rights, our Laws and he even had copies and studyied Texas State Law, from actual Police Academy textbooks. He knows his rights better than some Law Enforcement officers. He's 6'4, 25 years old, a fine young Man and is part of the future of our Country.

Unfortunately, my Parents have both now passed, so worrying about getting to assist them isn't an issue anymore, but my Son still lives in the same town I lived back then, and I now live were my Parents did, in the Country.

Will you be the one that tells my Son that he can't come to his Moms house, to help her when 'it' hits the fan?
If you believe like I do, that we have no legal or ethical right to infringe upon the safety and rights of our fellow Citizens, go to this website and read it and take the oath!

I took an oath, as a Texas State Guardsmen to ..."uphold and defend the Constitution, against enemies, foreign and domestic..." and that's STILL what I plan to do.
Will you?

~CL,

What have your done for your Country, and what do you plan to do?

Does NumbersUSA really want to hold Congress Accountable?

I wrote this to NumbersUSA regarding Roy Beck's statement "Most importantly, my letter puts each Member of Congress on notice that 900,000 members of NumbersUSA will make sure that all supporters of amnesty answer for their actions during next year's elections."

There is an organization named FireCongress.org that will partner with NumbersUSA to help remove those members of Congress ignoring the faxes, letters, phone calls, etc. FireCongress.org REALLY holds Congress accountable, the ONLY organization in the country to do so. Please join FireCongress.org as a coalition to remove traitor congressman! Write to bruce@kickthemallout.com for more info.

They repied with "Thanks for the information. Our mission is not to kick out congress (though we wish many of them would leave). "

Is this really how NumbersUSA will make sure they answer to their actions...by WISHING many of them would leave?  At FireCongress.org we do not WISH, we mercilessly FIRE THEM for their actions!

US Senator John Cornyn (TX) - Another Slimebag Politician that Needs Firing:

Here is another reason why all of these slimebags need a good shaking up. The perfect example of the invertebrate politician is probably Texas US Senator John Cornyn, a Republican.

At home in Texas, he talks big about "vowing" to never agree to a surrender of US and Texas sovreignty, that he wants illegal immigration to stop, and that he is "against amnesty". I heard him say so myself at a speech he gave at Grace Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Texas in June of 2007. Now, I have to read this (at NumbersUSA.com):

"But especially disheartening was the mostly agreement from the ranking Republican on the immigration panel, Sen. Cornyn of Texas. He and Schumer said they are agreed on most aspects of what needs to be done. "

Schumer wants amnesty, period. Cornyn is the prime example for what the "word" of a politician means.

Nothing.

- and that why he, like so many others, needs a merciless firing when he comes up for reelection!

GLENN BECK WANTS TO FIRE CONGRESS

Here it is, the Janet Conreras letter. Whatever else one thinks of Glenn Beck, he has to be commended for bringing this on his show. Let's see if he will mention our Fire Congress Campaign on the air. This will tell who he really is. Janet's letter is set out in full here (just below the video).

"Green" Politics?

And here is something from Gene Green, the Texas Democrat Congressman from District 29, (my district) that is sure to piss our environmentally conscious voters off.

Gene Green apparently doesn't live up to his name very well. According to this piece in the Washington Post, he won support in the final days of the 900-plus page "cap and trade" climate change bill to delete one word from the final version of the bill and insert two others in its place.

He took out "source" and inserted "emission points". What does it mean? Many speculate that this could help the biggest polluters in his district that includes many of Texas' largest oil refineries - who also happen to be his biggest donors - satisfy the law by cutting emissions by 50 percent from only one smoke stack in a multi-stack refinery, instead of from the whole refinery. In doing so he has reveled himself as exactly the type of spineless politician that we can so little afford to leave in office and that has been polluting Congress for decades now.

Maybe that will help his usually liberal-leaning supporters garner the votes to first pink-slip him in November of 2009, and then finally kick him out in the 2010 election.

Oh, by the way, he also voted for the Patriot Act ...

US Goes Communist, China Goes Capitalist

Under Barry Obama's tutelage, the United States are going socialist/communist in response to the US/UK induced global financial crisis, while communist China apparently goes the other way. It's all part of the great planned 'equalization' of world economic systems, or so it seems. At least, that's the only reasonable explanation I can come up with. Otherwise, it makes no sense - just like Oby's economic policies (and pronouncements, and cabinet appointments, and what have you) make no sense from a common-sense perspective.

Oby said "we must bail out GM". More reasonable minds begged to differ and said it would be waste of money because eventually, without a market and overburdened by government-supported union demands, GM is going bankrupt, anyway. Well, here we are. GM is going bankrupt in spite of government pumping tens of billions of dollars down its chute for which Americans will have to work and pay in the future - not to "pay the money back" but just to allow the government to stay current on its debt service obligations.

Insanity wherever you look, and the media portray it all like "Oh well, that one didn't work, let's see if we can find even bigger failures to put Americans on the hook for (a la California and New Jersey, maybe?) Inevitably, under Bush and Obama (an their ridiculous Congresses) combined, US federal unfunded liabilities have now swollen from just under 60 trillion (bush) to over 100 trillion dollars! (Oby's first 100 days, alone!)

Naturally, it wasn't just Oby who perpetrated this. None of it would have been possible without a compliant and sycophantic Congress - including your Congressman, in all likelihood.

Time to vote them out. Get with the flow of the times and join Operation Pink Slip.

OBAMA WANTS POWER TO ARREST WITHOUT EVIDENCE!

... but he isn't selfish about it at all. He wants all future presidents to have that power, too!

This was reported in the New York Times today, a leftist, generally pro-Obama newspaper. It was also discussed on NPR. At Dig.com, it got all of 51 diggs by now - a dismal whimper!

America, where are you? Are you dead already?? I sure hope not.

I see a lot of complaining in these comments, but not even the suggestion of a solution other than "I gotta buy more guns!" Guns won't help you. Obama's boys got bigger ones, and your friends won't help you, either.

Here is THE ONLY AVENUE OF REDRESS:

Go to your Congressman and Senator's office (the election won't come until 11/2010 so it;s too early to kick them out). Talk to whoever is there. Ask for an appointment and tell them you want to talk to him/her about how he intends to vote on this. Come back until you actually get to speak to him or until he calls you on the phone. Don't take a mere promise not to vote for this proposed law at face value. Tell him you will be back with some friends - and then keep your word!. Be polite, not abusive, but absolutely and unflinchingly firm. Inform him that if he ever allows his arm to be twisted enough making him vote for this bill, you will do everything in your power to vote him out of office in 2010, including campaigning for his strongest opponent, regardless of how much you dislike his opponent (if you do). It will be the only thing that will make him pay attention.

THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE AT FREEDOM!!

If you let this pass and only complain without swinging into full throttle action now, you are as much to blame as Obama and the congressional swine who will vote for this law. I will call my Congressman, Gene Green, (D-TX 29) and my two Senators (Cornyn and Hutchinson) tomorrow morning. I will not let go until I get a personal response from each of them, not a "form letter." I will be addressing 3000-4000 people speaking at a local July 4th Tea Party Rally. I will blog, I will talk to everyone I know. I will write articles, and I will build a lunch group of people who want to be free of "preemptive" arrests at the mere whim of some screwball public official.

What will you do? Relying on to your guns is useless. If you are ever forced to use them, it will already be too late. This proposed law must NEVER pass! Get used to spending the rest of your life enforcing the Constitution on your elected servants - or become their serf yourself.

How to Keep the Fear of Tyranny from Ruling Your Life

So much of what Liberty Activists are reading, doing, and promoting is fear based.

"OMG, the government wants to take my right of free speech away by passing the 'Fairness Doctrine'."

"OMG, they stormed a private home and arrested that poor 16 year old kid under the Patriot Act. When are they coming after me?"

"OMG, now Obama is telling executives of private companies how to run their business. It's socialism!"

This mind set can take a hold on your psyche, on your very soul, and it can lay you to waste and make you ineffective- and that's exactly what the enemies of freedom want.

How do you protect yourself from that mental/emotional rut and ultimate trap?

Forget about trying to "defend" freedom. Freedom is never successfully "defended". It can only be successfully gained.

There is something in the nature of man that makes him want to acquire power over others. The secret is that this psychology in itself, more than anything else, is fear based.People who seek power over others (rather than to increase their power over their own lives) are scared to death.

They have no faith. They believe that the only way they can be secure is by taking security away from others. They believe that the only way to be free is to take freedom away from others. They believe that the only way to gain control over their own lives is by taking that control away from others, so they won;t have any competition.

There is a saying in the Bible that goes: "You shall know them by their fruits."

What these people sow is fear, fear in their perceived "adversaries" - you and me - with whom they falsely believe to be in competition for the luxuries and all the "good things" in life.

My point: Don't take their bait.

They sow fear, they try to rule by fear - so don't take their fruit and eat it. Don't fall into their fear trap. You will drive yourself crazy whenever you do, and you accomplish nothing.

Some of us "Patriots" are very good at selling this fear to others of us. Entire information web sites on the NWO operate on our fascination with the next fearful thing that is about to befall us all. They often present good information - but they also sow fear.

Fighters, warriors, know that the best way to fight is to fight as if you have already lost everything, even your life. This is the warrior spirit of old. You can read about it in any ancient martial arts classic. When you have nothing to lose, you focus only on what you intend to gain.

That's the origin of the old adage that "Attack is the best defense."

What type of "attack" are we talking about here, though? Get our guns out and start shooting? Hell no. Whom do you want to shoot at? What do you think you can accomplish that way? Nothing. You'll only kill some (mostly innocent) people and land yourself in prison and on a lethal injection gurney.

"Attack"means fighting for your and others' freedom as if you never had any, as if you have never tasted true freedom.

In "battle, the aim is to destroy the enemy. That means you first have to find the enemy. Fight the wrong enemy or focus on an enemy contingent he has set up for you as a ruse, as a diversion, as a trap, and you lose.

So, who or what is our real enemy?

Those who are currently in (too much) power want you to believe that your enemies are people - individuals who can be blamed for this or that, individuals you can then attack and engage in battle. That is a huge trap in and of itself.

Our "enemies" are not people. Most of those who support the tyrannical state do so because they are clueless of the effects of what they are doing. They can some benefit, develop a nice little niche, and then become fearful they might lose what they have accomplished, so the Leviathan only needs to tell them their little kingdom is in danger and they do what they are told.

No. Our "enemies" are the freedom-destroying laws that are passed in Congress and in state legislatures, and the misguided court rulings that uphold these laws as "constitutional."

How do we attack these laws? We need to gain control of the lawmaking bodies that pass them and that refuse to abolish them.

How do we do that? By using the first two our three Boxes of Liberty: We get on our soap box so we have more effect at the ballot box. If we ever have to actually use our ammo box, it will mean that we were abject failures in using the first two boxes. Don't put the cart before the horse!

Action cures fear.

Get out in front of people. Talk to them. Explain to them how the current economic crisis is the result of too many bad laws passed by too many bad, entrenched lawmakers. (The Fed keeps interest rates too low which causes a hunger for yield and raises risk appetite, and that allows bad financiers to devise and sell too any risky financial instruments (CDO's, etc.) that later collapse, causing economic mayhem).

Bad laws are passed by bad lawmakers. Learn to vote the lawmakers out to discipline them for their wrongdoing. You are a law enforcer. The law you enforce is the law of the land, the Constitution for the United States and your state's Constitution.

Bad lawmakers are many. Good lawmakers are few. It's much easier to fire a bad one than to find and elect a good one - so have at it. Fire the lawbreakers. It weakens the enemy. If you force the enemy to constantly replace and re-train his soldiers, his army will be weak. That's how you fight. That's how you win: with the goal in mind, with absolute determination - and without any fear of losing.

Trust me, you have nothing to lose. You only have Freedom to gain. Get active!

Toward A Separation of Greed and State

The alleged "separation of church and state" is a ruse. It is nothing but a "liberal" effort of shielding an all-powerful state (in their own liberal image) from the influence of believers in Christ.

Likewise, "conservative" efforts of funding "faith-based initiatives" with public money is nothing but an attempt to gain the electoral upper hand by tapping into the Christian vote - in order to erect their own all-powerful government in their own (conservative) image while influencing religious institutions through infusions of public money.

What is really needed and what the Founders intended is the separation of state and church. (not of "church and state"). Keep the secular state completely out of the business of the church. Stop trying to force churches to incorporate so the IRS can dictate to them what their pastors are allowed or not allowed to say. Churches, like people, must be free - unless criminal laws are broken, of course.

But there is an even more fundamental level of needed separation. It is not the church or religion that threatens to break down the remaining foundations of this country. It is human greed.

Corporate lobbyists go to Washington to feed at the government's trough because that's where the money is. Currently, the government can tax, borrow, and cause the (non-governmental) US FED to print unlimited amounts of money. That's where the problem lies - but it doesn't have to be that way.

Remove the unlimited potential funding, and you remove the influence of unlimited greed.

How do you empty the government's trough? Empty Congress of non-compliant lawmakers - lawmakers who are actually lawbreakers in that they ignore the law that limits their power which is, of course, the Constitution.

The Constitution is short and easy to understand (unless you are a judge or a lawyer). Read it, measure your representatives' legislative actions against it, and then vote according to what you have learned.

Let no one tell you to vote otherwise. No party, no neighbor, no Supreme Court justice. No one.
Teach your neighbors and family members to apply the same standard - and we will all be free.

This is the ultimate form of self-responsibility. It is also the only way out of our current economic mess.

Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act and kept it alive for nine-plus decades. The Fed has goosed the money supply too far for too long, resulting in excessively low interest rates, which caused excessive borrowing (aka the housing crisis) and has choked off saving. Banks are losing their pants because excessive lending (and investing in shaky credit derivatives) has obliterated their balance sheets. Now, they won't even lend with near-zero (and in any case sub-zero) real interest rates. Progressively laid-off consumers are finally saving and thus not spending their money in the economy, so the economy stays in reverse.

Congress' and Obama's attempts to 'gun' the economy by creating even more government-issued credit are not working. They cannot work. You can't dig yourself out of a hole.

Congress has allowed all of this to happen - and you have allowed your Congressman/woman/Senator to go along with it.

The solution is in your hand - and in your hand only.

Get control of Congress and you get control of excessive spending/borrowing. Get control of that and you no longer need a US central bank. Without Congress' need to repay the Fed, there is no need for federal income taxes. Without the debt burden and the tax burden thus created, and with actual money (silver and gold-based, not electronically created "credits" in banks' account ledgers), all of our work will actually be rewarded instead of putting us further into debt. You will once again own your property instead of renting it from the bank or from the State. That's the way out of the economic depression. Nothing else that's currently proposed will do it.

Am I dreaming? Maybe ... but it's a dream worth dreaming.

All others end in nightmares.

When Issues Kill ...

Ordinarily, political issues don't kill people (although they can). They kill freedom, instead.

How so?

When people vote along issue-lines, politicians stay in power by pandering to both sides, causing artificial and essentially meaningless (to freedom at least) disagreements, that way dividing our voting strength. This technique is especially effective in a two-party system like ours.

Issues are not for voting. They are for beating your representatives over the head with while in office, but not at election time.

At election time, the only thing that should influence anyone's vote is whether your Congressman/Senator or whatever has voted for laws that violate the Constitution. If he did, kick him out. Forget about issues. He only gets to stay if he obeyed the law of the land and lived up to his oath of office. (If you can't trust his oath, how can you trust anything he ever says or does?)

For purposes of your vote, who is the judge as to whether he did or didn't violate his oath of office?

YOU are.

Not him. Not the media, not party leaders, and certainly not the US Supreme Court. You are the supreme judge when it comes to deciding whom to vote for and whom to kick out. Nobody can tell you whom to vote for or against.

Isn't that an awesome power?

Use it - or lose it!

Cyberattack?

Wells Fargo's computers are down completely as of 8:24 am this morning, and even Google News is out of service. Even Wells Fargo phone reps cannot access any account information. They are just waiting for the 'puters' to go back up.

This has been going on for at least an hour and a half. Weird. Stay tuned for more. It may be nothing - but then again ...

Bachmann Geithner Overdrive

This is how all of us need to question our representatives (including Michele Bachman) when they vote for legislation the Constitution doesn't expressly authorize:

Way to go, Michele!

Uhhm, ... about that statement where Geithner states unequivocally under oath (he is testifying before Congress) that he would reject a global currency, compare this newspaper article from only two days later, where he tells the Chinese that he is "quite open" to the idea.

Was he lying under oath? Or will he claim that at that moment in time before Congress he didn't yet know that he would reverse his position only two days later?

TO ALL YOU POLITICIANS:

The New Social Contract

It seems you misunderstood the notion of "social contract". Our contract with you absolutely does not mean you get to do what you want, once we elect you. It seems you need a clarification of what we mean by that term.

Here it is:

You politicians only get to go to Washington if you make sure we stay free.

No more B.S. like publicly claiming you are "going to work for the American people" while legislating our birthrights away.

No more promises to do what we want and then ignoring our express will. (Remember the bailouts?)

If you want to represent us in DC, (or n our state capitol, or city hall, or wherever) you get one chance to get this right. Screw it up, and you're gone.

We no longer care if you "bring home the bacon". That is no longer of concern to us. Keep us free and we'll leave you be. Betray our trust - and you'll bite the dust.

That's your new clarification to our old contract. Fulfill it, and you're good to go. Break it, and you're fired.

More and more of us are beginning to realize this, and we are beginning to vote this way. Considerations of party membership no longer constrain either our will nor our exercise of that will at the ballot box. You no longer control us. We control you.

The U.S. Constitution is our collective will, our law, to you. It is the Supreme Law of the Land. Disobey its express mandates, step outside of its express (and very limited) power grant, try to expand that power grant by slick arguments and by slithering through perceived loopholes, and you become a lawbreaker instead of a law maker.

We no longer tolerate this. If you do this, we withdraw our consent to be governed by you - and we will remove you from office at the next election.

If you do this, we will not care who succeeds you, for you will have proven that your oath of office cannot be trusted. Your successor will not have proven that, yet - so you can no longer claim to be the "lesser evil".

Be forewarned.

The Rise of the Independent

Just take a look at this chart from Pollster.com above. Click on it if you can't read it.

That is the vote that can gain control of Congress and put it firmly into the hands of the people - for the first time in US history!

This rise started on November last year when it began to dawn on people that their representatives in Congress will ignore them, no matter what they say or do. This is America's chance at freedom from left or right wing ueber-control.

Lou Dobbs is "Mr. Independents' Day". He wrote the book. Email him here to suggest that he throw his weight behind efforts to launch nationwide counter-"Dependents' Day" celebrations.

Yes, I know. Rallies and marches don't do the job - but they do get people involved. There's nothing wrong with marches and rallies as long as they also include the solution - and that is to keep firing your Congressman, Senator, state legislators, state senators, and all other politician creatures who fail to live up to their oath of office.

As long as rallies include that message, they are okay.

The 'Piper' Will Always Get Paid .. One Way or the Other

Seems like Mr. Piper just arrived in Washington DC on his bill collection tour. Our congressional incumbents now owe him trillions, and he kicked them in the shin today for the first time in a long while.

The US Treasury tried to auction off its IOU's to Americans and the world, as usual. Problem is, nobody is buying anymore, at least not at the usual prices. The auction was so poorly bid that the ten year note's yield shot up from 3.16 to 3.23 in one day. On government bond land, that's a huge jump!

Interestingly, the normally built-in see-saw effect between stocks and bonds wasn't working today. Stock reportedly took a hit because the bonds were so poorly bid. Here is what the AP had to say:

============================================
Weak Treasury auction sends stocks lower

By TIM PARADIS and SARA LEPRO

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are finishing lower after weak demand at a Treasury bond auction touched off worries about the government's ability to raise funds to fight the recession.

The government had to pay greater interest than expected in an auction of 30-year Treasuries. That is worrisome to traders because it could signal that it will become harder for Washington to finance its ambitious economic recovery plans.

The Dow Jones industrial average is down 102 at 8,410, the same amount it rose Wednesday. The S&P 500 index is down 12 at 907. The Nasdaq composite index is down 43 at 1,716.

About two stocks fell for every one that rose on New York Stock Exchange, where volume came to a heavy 2 billion shares.
============================================

Even more interesting is the fact that gold and silver closed virtually flat today, and even PM stocks sagged - so where did the money go? Institutional investors must be hogging their cash - but that won't last long. Jumping long term rates like that presage out-of control inflation - and that presages a rush into on gold and silver because cash loses value in such scenarios.

Who pays the Piper, then? At first Congress, because borrowing is now going to get way more expensive than it has been. The added interest expense will then have to be either borrowed, taxed, extorted (via taxes) or 'printed' electronically (meaning the Congress will have to authorize the treasury to borrow from the Fed and the Fed simply "credits" the amount supposedly loaned to the Treasurys' bank accounts at the Fed. In other words - 'magic' money!

But that only means more loans from the Piper, so who on earth will pay him? Here's a hint: He will extract his due through an economic crash of as yet unseen proportions. It is unavoidable - and we told our Congressmen and women so before the first Bush-generated bailout. They stopped, thought for a moment- and then passed an even fatter bailout package against our will.

Yes, your Congressman probably voted for it. Find out here if he did.

So, what will you do? Will you reelect him? Will you refuse to vote and thereby guarantee his reelection? Or are you going to do the right thing and double your vote's effect by voting for his strongest opponent, no matter who that is and what party he is from?

If you fail to use the last option you are perpetuating your Congressman's ineptitude, arrogance, and profligacy. You have the absolute right and unquestioned ability to get politically active to vote him out. Issues and parties no longer count. Only whether or not he complied with the Constitution counts - and he obviously didn't. If you enable him to violate it further by allowing him to continue in office, you are responsible. No one else.

Think about it.

"It's the Constitution, stupid!"

INNOCENT 16 YEAR-OLD NABBED FROM HOME AT GUNPOINT UNDER PATRIOT ACT

Here is What Happens Wen You FAIL to Fire Congress
:

Did Obama give back the power Bush arrogated to the government through the Patriot Act? No. He allowed a sixteen year old boy to be arrested and imprisoned without evidence of a crime, without a warrant, without judicial review, and without the right to habeas corpus. HE HAS NOW BEEN IMPRISONED FOR TWO MONTHS! Watch this video:

The Patriot Act was passed by Congress. Bush drafted the version that was passed and substituted it for the House version in the dead of night, and Congress (Dems and Repubs) voted on it without even having read any part of it.

The Dems then proceeded to"bitch" about the "civil liberties" the Act threatens - but apparently only for as long as Bush was president. Now, you don;t hear a whisper from them, and the Republicans still defend it just because it was their big "achievement" back then.

Still, a full 96 percent of US Reps and Senators were re-elected, both in 2006 and 2008 - the same ones that passed this atrocious law.

So, in the end, who was responsible for the Patriot Act? All of us - because we didn't fire the perpetrators. We do not force these people to account to us. Instead, we agree to account to them for everything we do with our money when we file our income tax returns - those of us who do, anyway.

If you think you can change this without mercilessly firing all in Congress who voted for this Act, you are deceiving yourself.

Listen to the only man in media-land who actually talks about firing non-compliant politicians.

Then join "We Surround Them" - because we do. We just have to fully realize that fact.

Dem. Congressman "Mean Gene Greene" (D, TX-29) Shows his Spineless Nature

Democratic U.S. Rep. Eugene (Gene) Green of the 29th District in Texas (my district) shows his true colors - or lack thereof - in this revealing quote from the Wall Street Journal:

"There are a lot of things in the bill I need to have changed," said Rep. Gene Green (D., Texas). Mr. Green, whose district is home to the largest petrochemical complex in the world, wants Mr. Waxman to give some pollution permits to oil refiners for free. "If that's not in the bill, I can't vote for it."

He is talking about Waxman's "cap and trade" bill that is intended to bring the US into compliance with the Kyoto protocol by mid-century, basically a bill by which Congress attempts to dictate to private industrial companies how much they are allowed to produce.

Apparently, he has no problem with the oppressive essential nature of the bill and wants to vote for it. It's just that he thinks he will lose the support of the big oil companies in his district when he does.

Nice going, Mr. Green.

It is precisely politicians like that who need to be fired. They can never be trusted to vote within the limits of the Constitution. They vote with their own wallets - and they pay for the expensive laws they pass with yours.

'Thomas Paine' Makes Good Points - But Misses the Big One

He makes perfect sense when he says that we are responsible for what happens in Congress, but stops short of suggesting the only thing that can actually succeed in accomplishing what he suggests. "Marching" and showing Congress we are "mad as hell" just doesn't cut it unless we give them a reason to listen to us.

Only firing representatives who vote for unconstitutional laws does - and don't rely on the Supreme Court when deciding what is constitutional and what is not. Get a copy of the Constitution and read it for yourself. It was written so you can understand it and apply it - at the voting booth.

"Bring back universal service"?? I don't think so. Not under this administration's leadership of and control over the military and all federal departments.

Swine Flu Far Worse than Officials Let On

By now, everybody who reads this blog has probably heard of or read this story from Alex Jones' site. All I can add to that is that two people I personally know have received the following information:

One is a Ron Pauler who listens to Alex Jones fairly regularly. He says his mother has always called him "crazy" for the information he has tried to pass on to her. She works with a branch of the US Armed Forces in her capacity as a top-level health coordinator. She just called him today and told him she and others in her field received a military briefing that confirms this outbreak is far worse than anything the media let on. She no longer calls him crazy. She now knows that everything he used to try to warn her of is true.

The other case in point is someone I work with. Her sister's co-worker fell ill and went to the hospital. They forced her into quarantine, forbade her to pick up her two young children from school (she is a single mother) and she was informed they would ship her to Utah without notifying her relatives - against her will!

Why Utah? Don't ask me. It sounds very much like the health emergency powers bills Congress and so many state legislatures have been busy passing are coming into force now. Why the so-called "authorities" would want to separate families in situations like this is beyond me, at least as far as legitimate reasons are concerned. Bottom line is that they wanted these powers, now they have them, and they are going to use them, no matter what!

Other than that, I know that local Houston area school officials are refusing to talk to the media, especially talk radio hosts and their teams. This has never happened before. Michael Berry talked about this today. They simply refuse to communicate. Normally, they are very forthcoming with health related information.

Do you really believe that flu viruses from three different species from three different continents have just accidentally combined in Mexico? This stinks to high heaven, and the odor is that of conscious human design. By whom? I have some theories but they sound too, well ... crazy. So I'll just leave you guessing.

It is time to pay the piper, folks. Maybe you who read this have done what they could to keep these bastard in elective offices in line, but we as a nation surely haven't done enough - or they wouldn't be there, passing laws left and right to reduce us who elected them to common serfs of the medieval kind. Pray to God Almighty that whoever of us emerge from this ordeal on the other side still have enough freedom left to vote these crooks out peacefully. The alternatives are just too horrifying.

The world you and I have taken for granted for so long has just ended. Something new has come into view, and although it surely is "change", it most certainly is not for the better. 'Changemaker' in Chief Obama says closing the border makes no sense because it's like slamming the barn door shut after the horse has run off.

Well, Mr. Oby, we're not dealing with horses here, and they aren't running away. We are dealing with armies of sick and desperate people, and they are coming to us. It is your duty to protect the citizens of this country from this epidemic, and failing that, to minimize the chances of the infection spreading. Mexico's health care system is completely overwhelmed. It is shattered. People don't even have food down there. They are coming here, and they are coming in droves. You will not minimize the risk to the people who (by ad large) voted for you by shipping a single mother to Utah and leaving her minor children here, defenseless, to fend for themselves.

Maybe the barn door that should be slammed shut is your mouth - so no more horseshit will be forthcoming. God only knows that more than enough of it has 'escaped' already.

THANK YOU, MR. ROCKEFELLER!

Your Senate Bill, S. 773, aka the "Cybersecurity Act" has finally given Americans who refuse to betray their country (as you continue to do) the ultimate weapon against you and people like you:

You gave us a bill that utterly pulverizes the artificial firewall between the political "left " and "right". A bill that unites all Americans in our fight against government oppression and never-ending, ever-tightening surveillance from "above".

Even the most extreme leftwing or rightwing government shills among us don't want you and those like you snooping on our computer hard drives without our consent. Besides, what you propose does not stand up to even the most cursory constitutional analysis.

Personal computers have become the locus of modern man's private "papers and effects". The Fourth Amendment prohibits any such attempts without a duly executed warrant, supported by probable cause:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

This bill of yours finally gives me the opportunity to go through my neighborhood and talk to both left and right, green, red, or blue, moderate or libertarian, to gather support for the freedom movement you are so hysterically and frantically trying to supporess and control.

You know that the First Amendment and the Internet are our primary weapon, so you try to destroy the former and control the latter You will fail - because you have just given us the ultimate weapon to oust you and those who support you, once and for all, and for all time to come.

For that, I sincerely thank you.

Yours truly,

The Granny Warrior Smells A Rat

(The following is from Linda Hunnicut, better known under her fighting name, "The Granny Warrior". She nails it. Bottom line is that what should be done to contain this plague, if it is one, is close the borders to illegal traffic, for one. What should not be done is to "closely monitor" legal entry points while doing nothing about the thousands of miles of illegal entry stretches. It's like a bank strip-searching its customers who come through the front door while leaving the safe and the back door wide open for burglars. It makes no sense. But there is way more to the subject than this.)

Take it from Granny:

It Stinks!

"Folks lets get real here now. I just read where there were over 50,000,000 doses of vaccine ready to roll for this flu virus? Now how can that be? Of course there is always the Tamiflu medication which will make Rumsflield even richer.

When you think about all the deaths what is it now 200? More people die from colds and regular flu every year than this yet this is being touted as a major dangerous virus? BUT.. being so dangerous our borders will stay open? Do you realize that with this scare tactic going on the Mexican population will be lining up at the borders flooding more and more illegals into this country. We are already over run but keep the borders open not a problem..Bring it on. We are all such good people and only want to help these poor people survive... We will give up our health, our freedoms, our language, our money and our homes, jobs and education to help these poor people. After all we are a Christian nation. Oh wait no we are not, Obama told the world we were not a Christian Nation but a Global one...

Every single radio, tv and internet connection is blasting about the Pandemic? What pandemic? Where is it? Oh Yes Mexico where the government is in need of shutting down because of the Drug Cartels taking over? Could this just be a method of scaring people into conforming? Obeying? Fear is the driving force of every regimes over taking of power.

It also plays right into our Governments goals of keeping us the Americans busy with one thing and sneaking in laws, rules and mandates behind closed curtains. We aren't paying attention to what they are doing while we are obsessed with the fear of a Pandemic. What perfect timing.. Of course Obama isn't in fear, he was just in Mexico and was in close proximity to one of the rulers there that just died from the supposedly Terrible Pandemic? Why wasn't Obama in fear ? That should tell us all something is wrong with this whole thing.

Fear is the enemy and will always do the work of taming the people into submission. Always. The majority of people will do anything out of fear, give up their rights, give up their guns, give up their beliefs and give up their individuality and even worse give up their common sense.

I hate fear. I hate fear mongers. I hate those that give up in fear.

How long will it be before we are told to go to designated stations and get our shots to protect us against this deadly virus? Folks if you go for this you are certainly brain dead, First of all there has not been enough time from the identification of the virus to even design a vaccine much less time to produce it in mass quantities that is unless they have some serum they need to get rid of ready to go? The big Pharma companies probably have tons of different serums they haven't been able to sell to the public and need the space and money. It all boils down to the $$$$$ doesn't it? Or another thought, could it be the serum contains the actual virus to make the Pandemic Real? To get rid of a lot of the population and save the planet as the Globalists keep saying needs to be done?

Folks use common sense... do what is necessary to protect your family sensibly. Don't become a panic stricken victim of FEAR. Stop listening and believing everything that is broadcast over the air waves, how much truth have you heard from them in the past? Think about it. How many times have the fear mongers tried to start events that failed because the people just didn't listen? The basic fear of death and illness is one of the best methods of scaring people into IN-Action... Let's give them some reaction. Ignore the so called Hosts of Horror. Think and reason for yourself. If you feel the need for protection then do it but on your own path, eat healthy, take your supplements, don't go over and hug someone with a snotty nose who is sneezing and coughing out of pity, just walk away. It probably isn't the flu but a nasty spring cold. But why take the chance?

What we need to be focusing on is the state of our Nation, the take over of the Communist in our own country. We cannot allow our attention to be diverted. Every day more and more of our freedoms are being derailed and with the Congress's approval.

I think we have lost that battle but will win in the end if we can just keep our heads on straight. Just think of all regimes and their downfall, once a tyrant is appointed and gains control there are always those in his own group that want to have his power and contrive and conspire to take it away which makes it a battle within itself. The corrupt will kill each other off as they have no loyalty, it is all about power. People who desire power so highly are usually just pitiful bullies who have no courage on their own but depend on followers to do the work. Bullies ae always present in any of these regimes, remember Sadam hiding in the cave like a wimpy little weasel? Did he stand up like a man or cower in a cave like the coward he was? They are all the same.. look back in history, how many tyrants were killed in battle?

When the masses of people who have followed their lead and believed their lies realize they have been dealt a bad hand they will also rise up in mass wanting all the good things that have been promised. Where is their equality, their free medicine, their free homes and cars, their free income, their glorious life of ease and peace? Who is protecting them? Who is keeping them safe and from what?

We just have to survive and wait for them to cripple themselves.. A crippled corrupt Power Monger is easy to overtake. We can rebuild America if we are strong both in body and mind.

It is important now for all of those people who want to survive in a settlement of like minded people to join with us now and get a safe place of retreat. When it is necessary for you to relocate your family to a place that has good food, clean water and people who think for them selves you will have a place ready and waiting for you. If some terrible disaster happens you will have a place of safety to escape to. There isn't a need for you to pull up stakes and move immediately, there are those that will be there making it ready for everyone, so when you need your place it will be ready and even if you lose everything by some sort of disaster you can be assured you won't be dumpster diving for your daily bread.

Bernanke, Paulson, Above the Law

There is no better example of high-level corruption under the guise of "national emergency" than Hankie Paulson's now admitted threat to Bank of America president Lewis that he had better keep the true shape of Merill Lynch's finances from his shareholders, or face the entire board or himself being ousted by Bernanke and his Federal Reserve boys.

It just so happens that keeping important information like that from shareholders is a violation of the law. Securities and Exchange Commission law, that is - precisely the law Hank Paulson was hired to uphold.

Naturally, Paulson has recanted now. First he fingered Bernanke to putting him up on it,now he claims it was "all his idea" and Bernie never told him o say that. Now we don't know which of Paulson's statements was true. We only know that one of them was a lie. Poor Hankieboy. He should have done what all good criminals do and deny everything Lewis accused him of.

In either case, whether Bernie put him up to it or not, Bernie surely knew what he was doing these guys coordinate everything. I haven't seen a press release of Bernie reprimanding Hankie for violating the law, have you?

I also haven' seen any calls for a Congressional investigation into this, have you? All I saw is that Obama has "complete confidence" in Bernanke. Confidence to do what? Break the law?

Ultimately, Congress is responsible for this mess. That means we, the American electorate are responsible, because we determine who gets to stay in Congress and who doesn't, so yes, give your Congressman a guilt trip over this to push him to co-sponsor the Federal Reserve Transparency Act(HR 1207)- and then fire him when it comes to election time if he votes for laws that violate his oath of office.

See how much fun this is?

The Only Way to 'End the Fed'

There is only one way to effectively end the Fed, and that is by establishing control over Congress. Congress established the Fed, only Congress can end it. Thus far, we agree.

Most people who disagree with the "Fire Congress" campaign or the "Kick Them All Out" project don't really disagree on the need to establish control over Congress. They only disagree with the method for achieving this. They want to be more civil. They think they can still reason with their Congressmen and get them to "do the right thing." They also worry that you lose your clout over your representatives if you just categorically want to un-elect them. "Why would they listen to you if they know you will fire them anyway?" - or so the argument goes.

Let's see if that is a valid argument.

Assume you want to "End the Fed" as so many former RonPaulers want to. Assume you are successful in getting Ron Paul's "Audit the Fed" bill (H.R. 1207) passed by both Houses and signed by the president by the mere power of persuasion and by educating the public to put enough pressure on their representatives.

Assume further that the audit finally reveals what a fraud on the people the Fed really is and that this causes such an unprecedented level of outrage that Congress relents and passes a bill to abolish the Fed - and that the president, whoever he may be, even signs that bill into law as well.

Have you won?

No - because the same corrupt politicians who enabled the Fed's continuing fraud on the people are still in office. The same corporate interests that corrupted them in the first place still have unfettered access to your Congressman and Senators. After a few more years and a few more "national emergencies" have passed, the same corporate interests will persuade the same congressional incumbents to start another central bank to "save us all."

So, have your efforts at public education established control over Congress? No. All you have achieved is to create and ride a wave of public outrage to resolve a single issue- the Fed and its fraud. The same politicians who have allowed the Fed to exist all along are still there-and they know they have a 95% chance to get re-elected. They know that the public attention span is short and that it will be gobbled up in less than a week by another "hot issue."

Compare this with the following scenario:

Assume you are able to use your public education efforts to persuade enough people to engage their neighbors and friends to mount a campaign to fire their current Congressman and Senator for having violated the Constitution by allowing the Fed to exist, by allowing "bills of credit" or fiat money to circulate, by allowing the president to start foreign wars at will, by allowing him to spy on you and by forcing telecom companies to spy on you as well, by passing laws that restrict your freedom of speech, your right to own guns, your freedom from secret searches of your home, etc., etc.

Assume further that this campaign catches on fire and spreads across the country. Come November 6th 2010, at least fifty percent of congressional and senatorial incumbents find themselves out on the street, looking for actual gainful employment, many for the first time in their lives.

Now, picture in your mind the effect this will haven the new crop of office holders. Do you think they will feel quite as free to ignore your will as their predecessors? You know they won't.

If you and all those voters who have just tossed this old crop out on their ears tell the new crop that they must audit and end the Fed - or else, do you think they will be more amenable to listen? They know that they only occupy their new office because you have actually and effectively asserted your will on Congress!

Nothing like this has ever happened in US history. Ever.

If you have the power to spread the FireCongress message around the country, you also have the power to educate voters to end the Fed - but you will have achieved far more. You have destroyed every corrupt congresscritter's reasonable expectation of job security - and their job security is the primary reason why you have none (the bad economy was the Fed's fault and it was established and maintained by Congress, so Congress killed your job security).

So, the remaining fifty percent of corrupt incumbents are still there. Does that mean they will listen to you more or less?

Probably more - if they want to keep their jobs.

The thing is you don't fire politicians willy-nilly. You only fire them when they prove to you that they ignore the Constitution, the rule of law, and your rights. It's just that, currently at least, 99.9 percent of them do - so the slogan "Kick Them All Out" is not an exaggeration.

It's up to you. You can choose to expend whatever time and energy you have on a single issue - or you can fundamentally change the balance of power in America back to the people, the voters of this country, for good. Both endeavors essentially take the same effort.

Which one do you prefer?
